MMA Girl Diaries

Where softness Meets Strength

A pair of black boxing gloves, a pink satin cloth, ribbon rolls, and flowers sit atop the satin cloth with sunlight streaming in from a nearby window.

I’m Not Just a Mom.

I’m Not Just a Fighter.

For years, I lived two completely different lives.

First, as an athlete-training, competing, pushing my limits. Then, as a mom-fully immersed in raising my kids and putting everything else on pause.

Somewhere in between… I lost a part of myself.

MMA Girl Diaries is where I found her again.

This space is about rebuilding strength, rediscovering identity and how to be both:

soft in motherhood-and savage in pursuit of who you are.

Why This Exists

This space is for women who feel like they’ve lost a part of themselves.

The ones who:

  • Love their kids deeply - but want something for themselves

  • Miss feeling strong, capable and confident

  • Are ready to step back into who they were… and who they’re becoming

You don’t have to choose between being a good mom and being a strong woman.

You can be both.
